Process description:

The crusher crushes the 300mm gypsum ore into small particles smaller than 25mm, which is lifted to the silo for storage by the elevator, and is metered and transported by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder into the mill for grinding. After grinding, the qualified gypsum raw powder is fed to the vertical raw material mill, and the qualified gypsum powder after grinding is calcined, homogenized and cooled and fed to the clinker silo for storage.

Selection of process plan：

Using natural gas as a heat source, a mature boiling furnace calcination process is selected. The main equipment adopts special natural gypsum crusher and pulverizer, boiling calciner and cooling equipment.
