How can Raymond mill accessories grinding rollers and grinding rings be more durable? The grinding rolls and grinding rings are made of three kinds of manganese 13, 65 manganese and high chromium alloy. These three materials are not the higher the price, the more wearable, the material that is suitable for the material needs to be selected according to the different materials, so that it can be more wear-resistant. If the material hardness is high, you can choose the grinding roller and grinding ring of manganese 13 material. If the material hardness is low, you can choose a high-alloy alloy roller and grinding ring. Different types of grinding rolls and grinding rings are selected according to different materials, which is more durable.

The sealing requirements inside the grinding roller assembly are very strict. The refueling is to let the asbestos packing inside expand tightly to hold the bearing so that no dust will enter the inside and the bearing will not break. So what is the role of Raymond mill grinding roller assembly refueling? The effect of lubrication is small, the main function is to prevent the dust from entering the grinding roller assembly, so that the bearing will not break.
Third, how to deal with the blocking of Raymond wind tunnel
The Raymond mill adopts the principle of suspension roller compaction and air separation, and the powder is once cut into powder, and the fineness and output are achieved by air selection. Recently, some users have asked if their Raymond mill air duct is blocked. What is the cause? In fact, it is very simple for two reasons. 1. Uneven feeding causes blockage of the air duct. 2. There are too many materials in the powder collector, and the material is not allowed to be returned. The return air brings the material back to the host, causing blockage of the air duct.
How to clean up the air duct if it is blocked? The first can be manually cleaned, so the comparison is more troublesome; second, open the small observation door to the direction of the dust collector, and then only blow the fan for 3-5 minutes. This will blow the air around the air duct. After cleaning the air ducts, you can start up in the normal order.
