Barite material introduction
Barium sulfate is the main component of barite, its Mohr hardness is about 4.5, produced in low-temperature hydrothermal veins, appear as nodules, massive, widely used in oil and gas drilling mud additives, chemical, paper, filler and other fields of consumption is also increasing year by year.
Equipment for the barite grinding powder production line
According to the state of barite in nature and its hardness to determine his crushing equipment and grinding equipment, according to the role of barite materials to determine its product size. There are jaw crusher, cone crusher, barite mill, powder separator, electromagnetic vibration feeder, bucket elevator, circular vibration screen, pulse dust collector, belt conveyor and so on. Each kind of equipment has a variety of types for our choice. We can choose according to the size of the material. Customers want the size of output and product size to choose the appropriate barite grinding line equipment types and models.
The production line process
Naturally exploited barite is evenly sent to jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for primary crushing, and the first crushed barite particles are sent to cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing, and the second crushed barite is screened by the circular vibrating screen, and the particle size meets the requirements by bucket elevator to storage. Bin, which does not meet the requirements, is returned to the cone crusher and continues to the crusher. The barite material in the storage bin is sent to the barite mill for grinding. After grinding, the barite material is blown to the separator under the action of the blower for sorting. Two kinds of barite material are sorted out. The material that meets the requirements is sent to the storage bin through the pipeline and exported to the discharge valve as the finished product powder. Materials that do not meet the requirements are reground until qualified. The dust produced during the milling process is treated by the pulse dust collector and then discharged into the atmosphere.
