Material Introduction
Heavy calcium carbonate, referred to as heavy calcium, is made by grinding natural carbonate minerals such as calcite, marble, and limestone. It is a commonly used powdery inorganic filler. It has high chemical purity, high inertness, resistance to chemical reactions, good thermal stability, no decomposition below 400°C, high whiteness, low oil absorption, low refractive index, soft and dry , No crystal water, low hardness, low abrasion value, non-toxic, odorless, odorless, and good dispersibility. According to different particle sizes: ordinary heavy calcium powder, ultrafine heavy calcium carbonate, wet ground ultrafine calcium carbonate, ultrafine surface modified heavy calcium carbonate.
Brief Description Of System Process
The First Stage: Broken
Natural carbonate minerals such as calcite, marble, limestone and other bulk materials are crushed by the crusher to the fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the mill.
The Second Stage: Grinding
The crushed small pieces of material are sent to the silo by the elevator, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill evenly and quantitatively by the vibrating feeder for grinding.
Fine powder processing generally use the vertical mill ; ultrafine powder processing generally uses ultrafine vertical mill, ring roller micro-pulverizer; sand or coarse powder powder mill and straight-through centrifugal mill are selected for processing.
The Third Stage: Classification
The ground material is classified by the classifier, and the unqualified powder is classified by the classifier and returned to the host for re-grinding.
The Fourth Stage: Collecting Fans
The powder that meets the fineness is separated and collected in the dust collector through the pipeline through the airflow. The collected product powder is sent to the finished product silo through the discharge port by the conveying device, and then is packaged by the powder tanker or automatic baler.
