How does the frequently-used Raymond Mill work?

Working Principle

After the material is crushed (e.g., crushed, crushed, etc.) to the required particle size, the material is sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then sent to the main mill room of the Raymond mill by the vibration feeder. With the centrifugal force, the grinding roller swings outward and is pressed tightly against the grinding ring. The shovel scrapes the material and sends it between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The grinding roller achieves the crushing purpose.

The fine powder after the material grinding is taken into the analysis machine with the circulating air of the blower to be sorted. The material with excessive fineness is returned to the regrind. The qualified fine powder enters the finished cyclone powder collector with the air flow and is discharged through the powder outlet pipe. That is the finished product.
