1. Difference between vertical mill and superfine mill in finished product particle size
The particle size of the finished product of the vertical mill is 22-180μM. the superfine machine is divided into vertical superfine machine and ring roller superfine machine. The particle size of finished products is 3-45 respectively μM (fineness can reach 3 after secondary classification μm) , particle size of finished product 5-45 μm。
2. The reason for their different fineness: the difference of working principle between vertical mill and ultra-fine mill
Working principle of vertical roller mill (GKLM series vertical roller mill):The motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the vertical reducer, and the solid raw materials enter the center of the grinding disc from the feed port through the air lock feeding device. Under the action of centrifugal force field, it is thrown to the periphery of the grinding disc and crushed by repeated rolling of the grinding roller. The crushed material overflows from the edge of the grinding plate, and the powdered material is carried up by the high-speed air flow rising from the lower part of the machine. When the rising air flow and powdery material pass through the powder concentrator at the upper part of the mill. Under the action of the rapidly rotating rotor, the coarse powder is separated and falls into the center of the grinding disc for re grinding. The fine powder is discharged from the upper part of the mill with the air flow and collected in the dust collector, which is the product.
Working principle of super-fine vertical grinding mill (GKLMX series vertical grinding mill):The motor drives the reducer to drive the grinding disc to rotate, and the materials to be ground are sent to the center of the rotating grinding disc by the air lock feeding equipment. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves around the grinding plate and enters the grinding roller table. Under the pressure of the grinding roller, the material is crushed by extrusion, grinding and shearing. At the same time, the wind is sprayed upward evenly at high speed from the air ring around the grinding disc, and the ground material is blown up by the high-speed air flow at the air ring. Blow the materials with coarse particle size back to the grinding plate for re grinding, and the fine powder is brought into the grading machine for grading by wind. The qualified fine powder flows out of the mill with the gas and is collected by the dust collection equipment as the product. The unqualified coarse powder falls to the grinding plate again under the action of the blades of the grading machine and is grinded again together with the newly fed materials. This cycle completes the whole process of grinding operation.
Ultrafine ring roller mill (GKH series ultrafine ring roller mill): materials are crushed into materials less than 10mm by jaw crusher, lifted to storage hopper by bucket elevator, and then quantitatively sent to main machine cavity by feeder for grinding. The grinding roller installed on the rotary table in the main engine cavity rotates around the central axis. There is a large movable gap between the grinding roller and the grinding roller pin. Under the action of centrifugal force, the grinding roller swings horizontally outward. Thus, the grinding roller presses the grinding ring, and the grinding roller rotates around the grinding roller pin at the same time. The material passes through the gap between the grinding roller and the grinding ring to achieve crushing and grinding due to the rolling of the grinding roller. The grinding roller is divided into 4 layers (GKh780 is 3 layers). The material passes through the first layer of grinding roller and grinding ring for primary crushing, and then passes through the second, third and fourth layers for secondary, third and fourth crushing. Therefore, the material is fully crushed and ground, and the fineness of the product is fine.
