Pulse dust removal equipment shall be equipped for feeding, grinding, finished product transportation and storage to ensure that the production site is clean, environment-friendly and free of dust pollution; PLC intelligent control cabinet and remote central control system are configured to save labor cost and operate simply and quickly.
04. Improve equipment quality and realize cost reduction and efficiency increase
The GKLM2800 vertical mill of grain slag and mineral powder used in this project adopts the grinding roller and ring made of wear-resistant alloy, and the service life is 1.7-2.5 times that of traditional wear-resistant parts; The combined design can more effectively save the use cost of wear-resistant parts and realize cost reduction and efficiency increase.
Main uses of 50 tons of grain slag ore powder per hour
With the rising price of cement, enterprises are also looking for alternative products of cement. Under the excitation of cement clinker, lime and gypsum, grain slag can show the hard cementitious performance of water and is a high-quality cement raw material. Therefore, taking grain slag mineral powder as the admixture of cement greatly improves the value of grain slag.
