Production process of aluminum powder:
1. Drying
Aluminum powder The aluminum powder is dried by drying machine or heating air to the mill according to the water content.
2. Feeding
The small pieces of aluminum powder material after grinding are sent to the hopper through the elevator, and then sent to the grinding machine room for grinding evenly and quantitatively through the feeder.
3. Grinding classification
The fine powder after aluminum powder grinding is graded by the grading system, and the unqualified fine powder is graded by the grader and returned to the main machine of the mill for regrinding.
4. Collect finished products
The powder conforming to the fineness enters the dust remover through the pipeline for separation and collection along with the air flow. The collected finished product powder is sent to the finished product warehouse through the conveyor, and then packaged with powder tanker or automatic packaging machine.
