Application of tire carbon black: Carbon black, also known as carbon black, is a light, loose and extremely fine black powder with a large specific surface area ranging from 10-3000m2/g. The product obtained by incomplete combustion or thermal decomposition under the condition of insufficient air. The carbon black extracted from waste tires is usually called tire pyrolysis carbon black, and its main uses are as follows:
1. It can be directly used to strengthen the stretch, improve the color of the material, etc.;
2. It can be directly sold for use in briquetting balls. The combustion value of carbon black has reached 7000Kcal/kg. The carbon black after briquetting can replace coal for industrial heating;
3. The carbon black refined from waste tires can be finely ground into semi-reinforcing carbon blacks such as N550, N660, and N774, which can be used as important reinforcing agents and fillers for rubber products to improve the mechanical properties of rubber;
