(a) Dry grinding: grind the crushed iron ore into a mixture of ore particles and ore powder through an iron ore beneficiation vertical mill;
(b) Air separation and classification: The mineral powder and mineral particles are separated through a multi-stage lifting air separator, and then the separated mineral powder is collected through a powder collecting device;
(c) Dry multi-stage magnetic separation: The ore particles are separated by multi-stage magnetic separation through a multi-stage magnetic roller concentrator and separated into high-grade concentrate, general-grade medium ore and low-grade tailings.
