Using traditional ball mills for grinding has low output, high energy consumption, rapid grinding wear, and the fineness cannot meet the requirements.
The steel slag grinding equipment using vertical mill is an advanced steel slag grinding technology. The vertical mill has the characteristics of grinding, drying and selecting powder in one. The vertical mill is equipped with a combined powder separator, thus forming a closed circulation system. By magnetically separating the steel slag powder that comes out of the combined powder separator, as much iron as possible can be selected. At the same time, the use of a closed-circuit circulation system can reduce excessive grinding of steel slag powder in the mill, increase mill output, and reduce electric energy. The vertical mill system is equipped with a dryer. The moisture content of the steel slag powder is less than 8% when it is milled, and the moisture content of the steel slag powder is less than 4% when it comes out of the mill.
