3. Limestone powder making process
The first stage:The crushed large pieces of limestone are transported to the raw material warehouse by special vehicles, and then the materials are sent to the jaw crusher by forklift/manual for crushing until they are smaller than the feed size of the grinding mill.
The second stage:The limestone crushed by the crusher is lifted by the elevator to the storage hopper. The material is discharged from the storage hopper and then the feeder evenly feeds the host machine.
The third phase:During the grinding and grinding process, qualified products are screened by the screening system and then enter the collector through the pipeline. After collection, they are discharged through the discharge valve to become the finished product. Unqualified products fall into the main machine and are re-ground.
The fourth stage:The purified airflow of the finished product flows into the blower through the residual air duct above the dust collector. The air path is circular. Except for the positive pressure from the blower to the grinding chamber, the airflow in the other pipelines flows under negative pressure. The indoor sanitary conditions are good.
