Ultra-fine mills are superstars in modern industry. In paper making industry, 10%-20% ultra-fine powder will be added. Nowadays, ultra-fine powder is widely applied in plastic, rubber, electron, cable, paint, coating, abrasive, medicine, cosmetic, ceramic, construction material, food and household appliances industries.
What kind of grinding mill can full fill the requirement of ultra-fine powder processing?
First, special classifier device.
1.Apply high capacity single impeller classifier for 1250 mesh powder.
(1) Increase blade quantity of the impeller and reduce the thickness, which can increase centrifugal force and reduce resistance.
(2) Classifier shell is well designed.
(3) Air sealing structure is well designed to prevent outer pollution.
2. When ensuring transporting capacity, the rated air volume of the blower will be reduced while the air pressure will be increased, this can reduce air resistance of the impeller.
3. Relative height difference of classifier and main mill is reasonably designed.
4. Ampere meter and current relay are series wounded on classifier electric circuit to adjust powder concentration of the air flow.
5. Apply vibration isolation soft joint between classifier and main mill to avoid damage.
Second, blower system.
1.Select high air pressure and low flow rate blower.
2.Modify the designing of return air box to ensure low flow and high pressure requirement. At the same time, increase the steel plate thickness of return air box to increase rigidity and strength.
3.Air supply pipe should be short and smooth.
