While there are several different reasons for mine in aggregate production, the most common is production costs is too high; We apply a holistic approach, keeping the plant’s production requirements and budget in mind, to ensure that the solutions we provide are fit for purpose and integrate as easily as possible into the existing process.
There are three typical steps that we follow to reduce production cost and achieve optimal productivity.
Step 1: Reduce Spare Parts Loss
For mining equipment, the replacement of wearing parts is not a small expense. The replacement of wearing parts not only requires the cost of purchasing spare parts, but also includes maintenance costs and losses due to downtime. Therefore, increasing the service life of wearing parts is an important way to reduce production costs.
Step 2: Reduce Power Consumption
In mine production, electricity costs also account for a large proportion of the total production cost. There are several ways to reduce power consumption:
(1) In addition to controlling active power consumption, it is also necessary to strictly control the installed capacity
(2) Reasonably arrange the number and capacity of transformers connected to the grid at the same time.
(3) Adopt staggered peak production, and produce during the valley period.
Step 3: Improve Work Efficiency
Improve the working efficiency of the equipment and produce more products per unit time, which can also save production costs to a certain extent.
