The Bentonite, Dolomite, and Gypsum Powder Processing Plant is a state-of-the-art facility designed to process these three critical minerals into fine powders using advanced grinding technology. This plant is essential for various industries that rely on these minerals for their products.
Factory Layout
1. Unloading Area
This is where raw materials are received and unloaded. Equipped with modern handling equipment, this area ensures the smooth and efficient transfer of materials from transport vehicles to the storage areas.
2. Rotary Kiln Production Line
The rotary kiln production line is a crucial part of the factory, where raw materials undergo thermal processing. This high-temperature processing is essential for certain materials, transforming them into forms that are easier to grind and more suitable for industrial applications.
3. Silo
The silo area is used for the storage of processed materials before they are further refined or packaged. This storage system helps in managing inventory and ensures a continuous supply of materials for the grinding process.
4. Ultrafine Grinding Production Line Area
This area houses three sets of GKH Ultrafine Grinding Mills. These mills are the heart of the powder processing operations, capable of grinding materials to ultra-fine particle sizes (600-2000 mesh) with high efficiency and precision.
5. Raw Material Area
Designated for the storage of raw materials before they enter the production process. This area is organized to keep different types of raw materials separate and readily accessible for the production lines.
6. Area 1 and Area 2
These are additional designated areas within the factory that could serve multiple purposes such as auxiliary production lines, storage, or future expansion of operations. They provide flexibility in the plant’s layout and operational capabilities.
7. Finished Product Packaging Area
Once the materials are processed and ground into fine powders, they are transported to the finished product packaging area. Here, the powders are carefully packaged into various forms depending on customer requirements. This area ensures that the final products are securely packaged for distribution.
8. Development Area
The development area is dedicated to research and development activities. This space is used for testing new processes, improving existing production techniques, and developing new products. It reflects the plant’s commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
