What is the approximate powder grinding mill machine for a 1,000 mesh output size?

A friend is looking for a grinding mill machine with micro powder output size: 1000 meshes. 1000 meshes is really small, which is equivalent to 1.3 micron. For this tiny output size, ordinary grinding mill machine cannot reach.
